Unhelpful support / return process
Unhelpful post-sales support. Product finishing don't match the description. No technical documents or installation instructions included with the package. Forces the buyer to pay for returns. Edit: Upon reading my concerns here, the support team from the vendor contacted me and agreed to do a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. In light of this giving it a a higher rating.
