I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with your new approach to order payment. It was a straightforward process in the past, taking a few seconds. Paypal provided the ideal service. However, I am now the SECOND HOUR trying to process my payment using any of your suggested NEW methods. The first one, asking for photocopies of ID from both sides and a selfie photo, was refused AFTER THIRTY minutes of waiting. I am now running the second trial, waiting more than twenty minutes for KYC verification. The second method ended up in a frozen screen and didn't allow me to process it. I am INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED, as I have been your customer for a LONG TIME. I hope you can reconsider your EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY, CUMBERSOME new process and return to standard credit card payment or Paypal.
