Worst customer services EVER!
Worst customer services EVER! Placed an order for a pair of shorts which looked ugly and the material was poor quality. Tried to return it right away but the team keeps making excuses and keeps replying that they will get back to me in 48 hours but they never do!! It’s like they wanna keep my money and they don’t care if I’m unhappy with the item. Most companies offer a returns address and a returns slip to make the returns process as straightforward as possible but Yoins doesn’t do that! Absolutely horrible.
