Donna Stickley is a very proactive…
Donna Stickley is a very proactive manager. I currently lease 4 units from the Columbia, MD Fort Knox facility. The service is top notch. She keeps me informed ahead of time when leases will be up; I get receipts immediately, and the overall facility seems well kept. Moreover, I often need to lease larger trucks, and Fort Knox is my go to place for me and my colleagues at JHU/APL. We get wonderful service that is very responsive. Donna works well with my team and makes it a very efficient process. I really appreciate that because we are often last minute trying to meet a critical deadline. Both Donna Stickley and Dave Wray treat me an my team with great customer service 100 percent of the time. That is an added plus about the Fort Knox facility, and it is a trait that sets this facility apart from others I've looked at. Great job Fort Knox Columbia team. You are a 10 out of 10 in my opinion!
