Kickr V5 - faulty with a known flaw.
I purchased the Wahoo Kickr V5 expecting a top-quality product and reliable customer service, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. After only 7-800 km of use, my Kickr V5 developed a well-known fault. When I reached out to Wahoo for a resolution, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they refused to replace the unit free of charge, despite the fault being widespread and documented. Instead, Wahoo insists that I pay for a reconditioned unit, which I find both frustrating and unfair. They also would only give 120 days warranty on that device. Given the relatively low mileage on the trainer and the fact that this is a known issue, I expected a higher level of customer care from a company with Wahoo’s reputation. It's really disheartening that they are unwilling to honor the quality of their product. This lack of customer care has left me questioning whether I can trust Wahoo in the future. I strongly urge potential buyers to be cautious when purchasing from this company, as it seems they may not stand behind their products in the way you'd hope.
