not keen to refund !..... always use PayPal
bought a few photography bits and pieces from them all Andoer products which I like, I ordered a "waterproof to 40 metres" led fill light ' the light leaked on the second dive and the light was destroyed, after a week or so of complaining and asking for a refund and them trying to send a replacement I asked paypal to step in, and they did, and was refunded quickly, TomTop have removed from my account the ability to "review" the light and have now noticed that Andoer no longer advertises the light on their website, but I must say that other orders have arrived as described, and in a very fast manner, I get the impression they have a UK warehouse
