A no show
Ordered christmas shirts on the 6th of December. Today is the 23rd and sadly nothing has shown up. Tracking appears to be stuck and the aupport team don't seem to read their emails as when trying to reach out about the faulty tracking they just provided the same tracking again. Very disappointed as now none of the gifts will arrive in time. Won't be ordering again due to the experience. Will wait 1 more month before I try to claim back via the bank. Edited - Following on from a long wait the items did arrive, unfortunately not before Christmas. Customer service provided a 20% refund due to this. The 'jumper' was horrendous quality, made to look knitted but absolutely made of polyester. However, the shirts were of fantastic quality and after one wash the print has not faded or even split. I am suitably impressed, enough to change my 1 star to 3. I would order from here with a pinch of caution.
