Ordered a kit on June 2 and they said…
Ordered a kit on June 2 and they said it would arrive between June 15 and June 21. On June 22 the site said my order was being “processed” so I requested to cancel the order and issue a refund. On June 25 the site had no status on the order - just that I will get them via email. My request for a refund was declined because they say the order has been completed but that I can return the item and asked if I want the return instructions. Problem is that I don’t have the kit I ordered and have no tracking information for a shipment from these people. The kit finally arrived today and it’s decent quality. I wish they’d been more communicative and set better expectations. I may order from them again knowing they won’t give you timely updates and the items will take close to a month to arrive.
