STAY AWAY - MAJOR SECURITY RISK**1-star review…
WARNING: MAJOR SECURITY RED FLAGS. I have been a long-term customer of this company, but under the new management, the experience has been a nightmare. After already paying over $1,000 for my order, they demanded that I send photos of my credit card, my PIN, and my driver’s license. No legitimate business asks for this sensitive information after a payment has been processed. When I refused to compromise my security, they refused to fulfill the order and are now refusing to refund the money I already paid. I have tried reaching out through multiple channels with no resolution. It is also clear they are soliciting fake 5-star reviews on Trustpilot to hide these issues. Avoid this company at all costs—it’s not the same business it used to be.
