*UPDATED* I won't give full stars as I still can't wear the one shirt I really liked. They did give me a refund though. This was my first time ordering from them and I will most likely not be doing so in the future. I ordered a few items from them and most were fine. The one was a shirt that laces up in the back, but the ribbon/tie to lace it up with was missing. I contacted them as soon as I opened it and saw this, and jumped through all their hoops with sending pictures of the package and item to show them. I wasn't asking to return the item, or even a refund. All I wanted was for them to send the missing tie piece. After a couple days of back and forth, they tell me they can't or won't send me the missing tie piece. They offered a refund for the item, but I just wanted to be able to wear the shirt I bought...
