⭐ Worst Packers and Movers (Zirakpur) Experience – Avoid at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Ujala Packers and Movers while relocating my household items and car from Punjab to West Bengal. This was easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. From the beginning, their communication was poor and unprofessional. Commitments were made confidently at the time of booking, but once the items were picked up, everything changed. Delivery timelines were missed without any proper explanation, and follow-ups were either ignored or met with vague, misleading responses. There was zero transparency about the shipment status. I had to constantly chase them for updates, which added unnecessary mental stress during an already difficult relocation. Customer support was careless, unresponsive, and showed no accountability. Company owner Kuldeep (phone- 09872456392) is not picked phone. Handling of goods felt highly irresponsible. For a service that claims to be professional, the execution was shockingly bad. There was no sense of ownership, urgency, or customer care at any stage of the move. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not trust Ujala Packers and Movers. I strongly regret choosing them and would never recommend them to anyone relocating their household goods or vehicle.
