Terrible after sales service
I purchased VR Glasses through TOMTOP's website. The item arrived late and came with its lenses scratched (making the item unusable). I immediately contacted TOMTOP support with photos of the defective product, telling I wanted to return the item. Not only TOMTOP support kept offering me a lot less than what I paid for the item, but also wouldn’t help me start the return process (dismissing it as “not worth it”) nor activate the product’s warranty. We’ve been changing emails daily and I keep receiving standard messages that don’t address my questions nor solve the problem to a point where things are just ridiculous. From this point on, things were finally solved as TOMTOP apologized for the bad experience and offered full refund. Therefore, I updated this review and (due to Adene's effort) changed its rate.
