I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase
My purchasing experience was overall positive. I purchased 4 LiTime batteries 2 years ago, and I have been very happy with their overall performance. For this purchase, I did researched other battery companies as well, but it became obvious early into the research that I would mostly likely stick with LiTime for this purchase as well due to familiarity, previous positive experience, and new cool features (Bluetooth, RS485 communication, etc.) As much as I am very happy with my purchase, I feel my research would have been more efficient and less time consuming, if you included comparison charts for your batteries. For instance, it took me a while to figure out what RS485 communication technology is. Once I figured out what RS485 communication is, it was not easy figuring out which of your batteries include RS485 technology. I almost ended up ordering the wrong battery.
