Viewqwest wasted my time and money
Ordered in beginning of June, was told I had to wait until 18th of June for it to be activated, and up to a week after that for installation. 18th of June came, and no call from them. After complaining to customer service they scheduled installation for the 27th, so I took the day off work to receive the delivery. But when 27th came they were unable to deliver, so I cancelled. (They never responded to any of my mails.) I have paid rent for a month for an apartment I can't use because I need a network for work, and on top of this they are charging me $150 for cancelling an internet service I never received. This is the worst ISP I have ever encountered in this, or any other country.
