Class Action Happening!
Disgusting Company, not offering refunds on events they CAN NOT deliver. I didn't purchase a virtual event and I was not advised that deferred tickets become "Complimentary" and are worthless. Thankfully I have a papertrail as proof. Having spent over $100K on events you would think they would treat loyal clients better. I'm looking forward to the Class Action!
