On line chat service personnel does not know her stuff
Item was shipped very quickly. It arrived on the date as promised. However, the on line chat communication with the service personnel was tedious. The photo display of the item I wanted on the website was not clear and I couldn't make out whether all the components were included in the kit. The service personnel wasn't sure either but promised to get the information I requested for and email it to me, but she didn't do it on the 1st occasion. Instead, she created a 'ticket' and emailed it w/o the answer to my question and w/o explaining what the 'ticket' was for. I arranged to chat with her again to enquire whether a certain crucial component's included in the kit. She replied saying that she'd 'ask for me'. After a while, she replied via chat to confirm that the component was included in the kit. I then made the order and payment but when the kit finally arrived I discovered - much to my disappointment - that the component of concern was not included as part of the kit.
