Happy with products but insufficient care with packing
Shipping time to Australia is reasonable. Happy with the products I purchased. I was NOT happy with the way the products were packed. Items arrived only in a plastic bag with no padding and no effort was made to provide sufficient wrapping to avoid damage. One item had come out of its box, and all three boxes had been squashed during transit. One previous order from Newfrog also lacked appropriate packaging.
