Scammers! Stay away!
Scammers! Stay away! They selling outdated crap, disguising as recent (android4 masked as android 7). Item does not match advertised specifications. Returnig goods cost a fortune. No mater what you change in "build.prop", "API level 19" is "android version 4.4" not "7.1". If you say otherwise it's a lie!
