Loved it
I recently completed a Product Owner training and absolutely loved it! 💡 The course was engaging, practical, and filled with real-life examples that made the role of a PO feel so much more tangible. What I appreciated the most: • Clarity on the PO role – not just as a “requirements manager” but as a true value maximizer. • Backlog management in practice – learning how to prioritize based on value, not just on the loudest voice in the room. • Collaboration with the Scrum Team – shifting from simply writing stories to truly enabling the team to deliver the best solutions. • Stakeholder management – how to build trust, set clear expectations, and create transparency. A huge thank you to our trainer for guiding us with expertise, patience, and humor, and to my fellow participants for all the inspiring discussions. I’m walking away with new tools, insights, and—most importantly—a refreshed perspective on how to create real impact as a Product Owner. 🚀
