A courteous service and quick connection to the call centre executive. I was initially confused as to if I should opt their service. They took around 15 to 20 minutes to confirm the booking. Once they did, they sent me the booking as an email. The PNR number wasn't very convincing since it surprisingly has lot of 'XX' and I called up their customer care. The executive was very courteous and he gave me directions to open the parent airline site and confirm the PNR number was indeed authentic. Overall, decent service although a faster booking system would help much.
