STOP - do not buy from this company
I have NEVER written a review before. That just changed. This company knows they can hold you and your money hostage. Do not believe their 90 day guarantee, don't expect to be able to exchange for a different size which is almost guaranteed to happen. They count on your unwillingness to pay shipping back to CHINA. Always suggest you gift the shoes to someone else. I will gift them to the garbage because that is where they belong. Horrible quality. They offered me a 15% refund, which I'm sure I'll never get. I'm going to call my credit card company and see if they can reverse the charge based on fraudulent actions by this company. Worth a try.
