Like other reviewers I am disgusted…
Like other reviewers I am disgusted with this company. My "icelandic wool" jumper is 100% polyester, and very poor quality polyester at that, shiny and just nasty. I ordered a large but it is obviously meant to be large if you are a small Chinese lady. The sleeves are far too short and the general fit is small. The neckline is awful. I have sent the company customer services an e mail demanding a refund and a pre paid label to return the item but am not holding my breath! Like another lady said, I wish I hadn't been taken in by the clever advertising and had read the revies first!! Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
