I ordered an item back in May which was meant as a birthday gift for my sister. It has never arrived. I have been given multiple excuses, tracking numbers, reasons for delay (custom issues mainly) and it has been 'sent back to China twice. I still have not received the gift, they refuse to offer a refund and the customer service feels automated, noone cares. Do not order from this company!! They are a bunch of scammers! I've sent numerous emails and have saved all communication and next step will report to trading standards. I doubt they'll be able to do anything with a Chinese company though
