So called 24/7 tech support is BS. Only ever answer during office hours. Unable to access crunchyroll for months on multiple occasions, they did not pay me for my subscription that I am not able to use! all they can say is sorry. My biggest mistake is changing to this ISP. I never thought I will look forward to going back to Starhub.
