I ordered some flexible elasticated trousers, the advert is constantly on Facebook games, the trousers looked very trendy. The delivery wasn't too bad however when I received them the trousers were different as the advertised ones had an elasticated ankle whereas the ones I received were just straight and not elasticated. On complaint I was told I could return them however I would have to pay the postage, or I could gift them to someone else or they would give me 20% off a future purchase🤬 none of these options I feel are acceptable, so if you're thinking of buying from these people maybe think twice👍 Update** from there company's reply off they had actually read the review they would see that I had already contacted their customer service and started their solution 🤔
