Do Not Trust
Purchased a rear car reversing camera which did not work after installation. I have installed many of these as part of my job, so I know what I am doing. Contacted them about it and after some time finally replied saying "And according to our policy. The customer has oligation to offer video so show the probelms they mentioned. In this way we can check it and offer solution." If not, we will not refund, no offense I replied after 3 attempts "Once again I say to you how can I video something , what do you want to see, you will see nothing but a screen on the dash and an installed camera,, nothing actually working. I have purchased another unit from another company and it works perfectly, " All I wanted was a replacement, only $32. Its alright to sell products but no support if problems arrive, just try to dodge and delay the issues. Buyer beware, dont trust them .
