DO NOT TRUST THEM
Don't believe any positive comments here. The Rapyd service & support is USELESS. Problems: They made an absolute mess of the Neat to Rapyd transition, their dashboard is very buggy, funds haven't appeared in my balance and the support is non-existent. Missing funds: It's now Friday and i've been trying to get help regarding a missing payment from Monday, but they've been useless so far and haven't replied for 2 days. Terrible customer support: Their customer support is AWFUL This is the dodgiest company i've seen online for a long time. After trying to get support through their emails for several days I finally called the contact numbers on their website and it just goes through to a noisy room with somebody that almost seems to be from a different company. They had no ability to help with anything account related and seemed to be providing support for some kind of hardware product instead of online banking... BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. EDIT ------------------- To reply to the comment from "Rapyd" - they managed to reply to this negative review but STILL haven't replied to any of my emails from 5 days, and thousands of dollars of our funds are STILL missing. This has nothing to do with Neat, this is a specific problem with your awful support and missing payments in the Rapyd system. Seriously do not trust any of these clearly fake positive reviews here. Rapyd is VERY dodgy.
