DO NOT ORDER FROM VAPORL
I ordered the Footoon Aqua Reboot from VAPORL on June 2nd. Received my item on June 20th. Upon receiving said product it was missing the spare glass tank. I would never purchase a tank unless it has spare glass with it, especially a tank that it is next to impossible to find spare glass for in the United States. Anyhow, I told them that I was missing my spare glass and they said they would send me out a new one with my next purchase. I told them I was NEVER purchasing from them again and I want the item that I never received that I paid for. This was not a replacement, this was giving me what I paid for. They reluctantly said they would ship out a new glass tank section. This was on the 4th of July. Its the 17th now and my glass tank still has yet to be shipped. I have tracking, but its been sitting in the same place for 2 weeks with the notation, "Ready to Ship" . I told them I want a full refund and just forget the glass section, I'm done waiting for an item I should have received over a month ago. I'm sick of seeing these TERRIBLE Chinese companies get away with these business practices.
