Boots marvellous, service exceptional
My boots were left unsafe by the carrier but turned up a few days later. When I reported it, the response was friendly and helpful, including an offer to send another pair. Glad I took out shipping protection. Very pleasant interaction. The boots are wonderful, true to size and beautifully made.
