I was stuck trying to improve my eyesight by just simply taking off my glasses and trying bates method. This left me in a much more difficult place aftat 2 years and I had no improvement. Since following the guidance from end myopia my eyesight has improved by 1 diopter so far and am looking forward to more Improvemant.
