I discovered Jake and his method on…Youtube
I discovered Jake and his method on YouTube first and it was the first time that I found really helpfull content on the topic of eyesight improvement. But after watching his videos, I had too many questions, so i started reading his Blogposts on endmyopia.org and joined the facebook-group. That's when I started to take action towards progress because the discussions in the fb-group helped me to find answers on many of my queations- just because somebody else has already asked in the group! The group-rules help to keep the group free of spam or content that does't has to do anything with eyesight inprovement. With this helpfull mastermind-like source of information i was able to make some noticeable progress. Seeing the results from other members also helps me to keep working on my goal and not to lose focus (pun inteded). The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I have reached some milestones, but not the end-goal yet (because it takes quite some time) and I don't want to raise false hopes that your eyesight will improve only by joining the group: you HAVE to take action by yourself! The group will definitely help you to stay motivated and to figure out what to do ;)
