Product is great, shipping sucks.
Product is great, shipping is awful. 10 days for basic PLA, no meaningful tracking, box was beat up upon delivery. In this day and age where we get same or next day delivery from the likes of Amazon you need to do better. I'll be exploring filament from other sources that offer reliable shipping.
