Not so happy with Yoins so far
Not so happy with Yoins so far. I placed my order and immediately the money was taken out of my bank account. The shipping said “will ship in 2-3 days”. I was happy to read this because the last time I order something from a site based in a China, I did not receive it for almost two months. I was sent an email saying that my order was split because one of the items was out of stock and they would let me know when it was in stock. They also stated that if it wasn’t back in stock, they would then send instructions for a refund, almost like I don’t have the option of a refund with the current circumstances, I have to wait for their terms. It’s very frustrating. If they do not have an item currently in stock, they do not need to have it as purchasable on their site. It seems like all of their reviews have something to do with customer service because they can’t seem to do things right the first time.
