Product: Eh. Support: Good.
Review is for the Data Recovery Software. IF the product seems to fail to recover your data or the data is corrupt then look for your data in the un-named / "Lost files" section. Specifically what you should do is recover all files of a specific type. I.e. Say you're trying to recover 20 .mp4 video files. Go into the un-named / "Lost files" section and recover all .mp4 files to a location with enough space. Then in File Explorer change the view option to show icons so you can identify the videos you want more easily. Scroll through them and see which ones have the icons you want. Delete the rest. It's less ideal than just being able to search a specific location and look at proper file names- but it does work pretty well. HOWEVER- Be sure to check the entire files. It may seem fine but half way through it'll be corrupt. Even if the start and end work there can be literally be bits inbetween that are corrupt as well. Overall it's too much of a hassle. The only time it's actually worthwhile is trying to recover compressed files. If you can find 1 non-corrupted compressed file then all of the data in it will not be corrupt. The product itself: 4/10 The support (by Mark): 10/10
