In today's enviroment I found a jewel
I purchased PDF Converter from FastSpring, and I screwed up the download (I didn't know it was possible) and in trying to clear up my mistakes I received and LOST the product key. In trying to explain my screw-up's, I managed to sound like a complete idiot. I was treated very professional in my interface with FastSpring helped to get back on track with a new download and sent another copy of my product key.
