Wee were blocked due to susupicious activity, been over 2 weeks now. No warning nothing before the block, potentially a hack who knows they wont tell us. Won't even tell us if it's still happening after PW change. Still no access to account that we're paying £200+ a month for and whats to add is they say we gotta pay for it! Whilst we can't even use it. Support is absolutely useless
