" Be Very Careful with Surge Trader "
Support Desk Thu, 4 Apr at 17:48 Hello, Thank you for your email, as you are aware, our migration was completed Sunday evening and we are in the midst of sending out thousands of credentials to all of our traders. Please be on the lookout for an email from us that contains your login credentials. We appreciate your patience and understanding. At this time we are migrating to MatchTrader. DXtrade, ThinkTrader, Ctrader, and Tradingview will be added as well. We however do not have a timeframe to give at this time for these additional platforms. If I would have known that the platform was not working properly I would have never signed up until all the bugs were fixed. I disputed the charges but was denied. I had the 420.00 I paid taken back out of my account which made me overdrawn. I was using Surge Trader as a source of income to support my 13 year old Autistic son. Although 420. may not seem like a lot but when you do not have it its everything. Do the right thing Surgetrader. Reopen my account of 420.00 or give me my money back. Thanks to you I have no way to feed my Family because of your error in judgement. The product was not working as promised I did not get an instant account after I paid the fees . The platform did not work after I got it. I am a 67 year old retired disabled individual and every penny counts when it comes to supporting my Family. Although the top level of Surgetrader appear to be successful it is us the little guys who are bearing the brunt of it all. I do not know how these people can sleep at night with no care or concern with what is happening to it's traders. Do the right thing moving forward Surgetrader. Help us by providing a working platform. The platform performs as promised. Hope this helps somebody to not fall into the same trap.
