thought i purchased the windows version of Stellar Photo recovery - Order came through in minutes but for mac which was no use as i wanted and needed windows version. - contacted support by chat and spoke with a lovely gentleman called Rohit Sharma who resolved everything in minutes by sending me the correct version and key to activate.
