Do not believe what the Faye agents tell you
Bought a policy for family vacation. Had an airline delay which caused us to miss the first days tours we had scheduled. Called Faye and spoke with an agent who told me that it did not matter the delay timeframe that we had a loss on the trip and that the cost of the tour would be refunded. Waited 2 months and supplied 39 documents only to be told that because the delay was not 6 hours the clam would not be covered.
