Very very disappointed
The shopping experience was pretty easy except trying to decide sizes. When I received the items I was very excited and most items fit. Even though some of the materials were weird I still liked most of the clothes. Two items didn’t fit and I wanted to send them back. They would not let me return them for a full refund. I finally was able to get a hold of someone and they decided to credit me back a small portion of what I actually paid for the items and said to just give the items to charity instead of sending them back. To me, when you order something and it doesn’t fit or doesn’t work for you in any way you should be able to return the items and the company should give you a full refund. Because of this, I will never ever shop this place again and would recommend no one shop here unless you want to lose money on anything you want to return. because of how difficult it is to figure out the right size, more than likely, you will have to return some things. Their policy states that they will work out the best solution for the customer. The best solution would be to give you your money back if something does not work – this will definitely not happen. Again, very very disappointed and they have definitely lost a customer.
