Communication sucked
Communication sucked. Original battery had a problem. It happens. 620 mi round trip tournament sets the tone when leaving a day early. First I was told it was the battery charger which I bought from you $173. Then contact me and tell no it’s the battery which I knew from beginning. Being amount of time before I would get my warranty battery. I ordered a new smart battery knowing I would have to pay the $30 difference. After returning bad battery refund was what I paid for it 1 yr ago and back thru PayPal that I paid another $19 in fees instead of the card I used to buy the new one. You were going to give me a new battery of the same but if I buy one I only get the amount from a year ago. After I already lost almost $800 from the weekend before your battery and a new charger that’s about $1000. You people suck. Besides my new battery only charges to 49ah instead of 50ah
