I ordered a dial indicator with magnetic stand, dial indicator arrived but no magnetic stand! Tried to get in touch with Bangood but it’s very truncated and in the end I was informed their customer support was down, tried several times but to no avail. My first & last order with them. I’ve been using Temu and I can’t fault them, ordered dozens of items from Temu, not one problem! Just thought I’d try Bangood for a change, but sadly it was a mistake. Ho hum! Got a reply to the above, which is good, unfortunately I think they missed the point, see their computer generated reply text below!
