Great customer service and refunds quickly
Purchased a product with multiple up sells, asked for a refund from the seller the next day, after realizing the product quality was not great. After much back and forth with the seller to get a refund (they respond with emails that are automated with AI), I asked JVzoo for a refund. They processed the refunds immediately. Don't waste time with sellers. JVZoo customer service is excellent. Which gives buyers more ease of mind, when you buy products from these hypie marketers.
