This has been such a good company to deal with. I have bought two phones and would recommend them the reason for the three stars is that I returned a phone that was not wanted. This phone had not been used at all and in its original packaging . I was charged 10% of the phone amount for sending this phone back. I do not think this is fair as it had not been touched. I feel there should be exceptions as this phone can be sold on immediately . But apart from that I was happy with customer care and product.. and will buy again
