Horrible company and support
Horrible company and support. Charged me for renewal which I didn't want to. I emailed them and ask them to cancel my membership. They gave me some offers which I refused and I strictly said I want to cancel my membership. I even canceled from their website. After a month when I looked at my bank statement I found a charge from them. I emailed them and ask for a refund they said it's over a month so refund won't be processed. Fine, if you renewed my subscription why on the earth I didn't an email about renewal? If you didn't send me advanced warning for my renewal you could at least send me an email about renewal. Fishy right? They don't want people to know otherwise they will ask for a refund. Cancel button is disguised. I highly discourage using copymatic.ai. You can get same response from chatgpt even better if you use chatgpt plus which can give you better response. Now I am stuck with them for another year which I am not going to use.
