Misleading delivery info, great service
The website is very misleading: idk if it is in the fineprint, but the package does not (necessarily) come from Europe. The page says quite prominently 2-10 days for most EU countries, and 7-16 days at checkout. People here talk about Covid delays, but I never saw this except for a footnote in a later mail exchange. In the end I waited 2 MONTHS for my battery. Since it came from China, I had to pay import fees and taxes on top, though BatteryStore refunded it partly. However, the customer service was excellent! Pro: Battery works (maybe not like original, but way better than the dead meat I had); save packaging; good customer support Cons: Misleading delivery info (origin and time)
