BAD SERVICE
I dealt with an service agent with the name of Ryan at Newfrog, he replied by email, telling me to visit the post office regularly as my parcel will arrive soon.- open time frame I have been waiting for my parcel for almost two months now Went to the post office numerous times checking up on my parcel. When ever in inquired about my parcel at Newfrog I was told to wait another ten days. I received zero assistance from this company.
