Prompt replies and TRIED to be helpful The unit was throwing codes EL and OC, which indicates low gas pressure, but the suction pressure was 85 psig at 85 degrees F. The rep said I should add gas, so I added 20 oz with and the compressor would still not run. The rep was very nice and sent me an outside circuit board. Installed the board and still the compressor would not run. Presently waiting for a service tech to evacuate and recharge the system because I am sure it is over charged.
