Posting Here Led to Refund
I have updated this review because after I posted here they changed their mind with a much kinder email and offered me a refund. I thought they might have been scamming me to trick me into stopping my forced chargeback, but they did refund me. I ordered two shirts on July 14th. I asked today why they didn't arrive on August 8th. They said ---Could you please contact your local dhl office to look for your parcel? Sometimes they may require customers to collect parcels over there. There is no local DHL office for me. The closest is over 100 miles away. I confirmed my address was correct. I've never had trouble with any other packages. Their shipping partner needed to deliver this to my home. This is ridiculous. I asked for a refund. Here's what they said: Dear Yamila, Thank you very much for your prompt reply. We regret to inform you that your package has been destroyed because this delivery is unsuccessful and return shipping fee is high.That is out of our control. Compensations are not applicable in such cases. In prove of our good will, we are willing to offer you a 10% discount coupon for your next order.
