I received Warmco Portable Waist Fan
I received Warmco Portable Waist Fan - 20000mAh Rechargeable 4-Speed as a gift and after using this on a camping expedition I lost the strap. I contacted the company and they kindly added the item to their website and and enabled me to purchase it with just paying postage so essentially for free they were prompted with their replies and very helpful, so highly recommended.
